Buttered Potatoes (Masleni Krompir)
Buttered potatoes with parsley are a very simple and popular side dish usually served with baked or grilled fish.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes 
- 20 g parsley 
- 60 g butter 
- 1 tsp salt 
- salt and pepper, to taste 
Instructions:
- Peel and roughly chop the potatoes into approximately 4cm pieces. 
- Add potatoes to a large pot and add enough water to cover completely. 
- Add 1 tsp of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 min. 
- Finely chop the parsley. 
- Put butter into a pan over medium heat, wait for it to melt, and fry parsley for about a minute. Add the potatoes and mix well. 
- Season with salt and pepper. Buttered potatoes are ready to serve!
